The Royals Shopping Centre in Southend-on-Sea is inviting mums and dads to bring their little ones along to free Sensory for Babies sessions every Tuesday morning until 14 November 2017.
Each event is designed to stimulate developing baby brains with a fun-filled blend of laughter and play, with a range of different activities.
Parents can learn how to make playtime with their child a magical experience - from exploring the changing seasons and outer-space, to ‘swimming’ under the sea and Christmas - with colours, toys and songs.
Each themed session includes an introduction to ‘tummy time’, physical touch and active movement whilst helping to develop your baby’s coordination, self-awareness and communication skills. Musical instruments and the power of song, plus brightly-coloured balls and balloons aid a child’s development, so you can learn how to bring these sensory delights into your baby’s all-important first year of life. Baby gymnastics, massage, light shows, story-telling and much more are also included in the sessions, creating special memories every time.
The sessions run on The Royals’ lower ground floor, with classes suitable for 0-7-month olds at 11am, and 8-13-month olds at 11.45am.
Each session is completely FREE for you and your baby to attend, but spaces are limited to 15 per class and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so booking is essential.
To reserve your space, si mply click on the Google form on the Sensory for Babies page on www.royalsshoppingcentre.co.uk and fill in your details.
